Alex Bright (アレックス ブライト) is a smart A-Type machine in the Alex series. Its Bonus Trigger extends the BIG sequence, while reel patterns, sound cues and animated effects connect the modern release to earlier Alex machines. BIG may repeat within the BT phase before normal play resumes; REG is a separate shorter bonus.

Setting probabilities and payout rate

Setting probabilities and payout rate

Administrator research. The four numbered settings with published figures are 1, 2, 5 and 6. The last column is conditional on perfect execution of the bonus procedures, and is not the ordinary payout figure. Settings 3 and 4 are not part of this published numbered-setting table.

Small-role probabilities

Administrator research. Wing frequency ranges from 1/13.4 at Setting 1 to 1/12.2 at Setting 6. The combined cherry figure ranges from 1/21.1 to 1/19.7. These rates describe different small roles and should not be confused with bonus occurrence.

Game flow

Game flow

Alex Bright is an A-Type Bonus Trigger machine. In ordinary play, reel patterns together with audio and visual signals give clues about a possible bonus. A BIG proceeds through its first bonus portion into the BT phase; that phase normally leads into the concluding JAC portion, but an Alex-symbol result can return to a further BIG sequence. A REG follows its own shorter route. When either bonus sequence ends, the machine returns to ordinary play; there is no CZ, AT or ART state.

Administrator research. Additional play and result interpretation:

BIG and the Bonus Trigger sequence

  1. A reel or sound cue can suggest a bonus. Identify the actual bonus before treating an animation as confirmation.
  2. After BIG begins, play its first bonus portion. The following Bonus Trigger (BT) phase is part of that BIG route, rather than a normal-play CZ.
  3. A usual BT result leads toward the concluding JAC portion. An Alex-symbol result instead gives the repeat-BIG route described below.
  4. Once the full sequence ends, ordinary bonus-only play resumes. REG has its own shorter route and does not simply inherit the BIG repeat expectation.
Ceiling and reset information

Ceiling and reset information

Administrator research. No game-count ceiling that guarantees a bonus is installed. This bonus-only machine has no separate AT or ART interval. No fixed maximum amount to a guaranteed hit can therefore be calculated from 0G, and a setting change does not establish a shortened published ceiling.

Bonus and BT details

Bonus and BT details

The manufacturer describes approximately 350 coins plus a variable amount from each BIG including its BT phase. A BIG can repeat when the BT produces the Alex-symbol result; the reported continuation event is approximately 10%. REG is a distinct shorter bonus with a reported maximum around 103 coins. These are machine behavior and conditional payout figures, not promises of a personal result.

Administrator research. Additional play and result interpretation:

What the approximately 10% repeat means

The reported repeat event belongs to the applicable BT result after BIG. It is not a 10% chance on every ordinary spin and is not a guarantee of ten BIGs. The approximately 350 coins plus a variable amount describes the complete BIG/BT design; its variable component matters when comparing two completed sequences.

JAC is the concluding real-bonus portion in this progression. Treat a return to BIG and an ordinary JAC finish as different outcomes when recording the sequence. An on-screen bonus count can therefore describe a different quantity from your number of normal-play first hits.

Setting differences

Setting differences

Administrator research. The combined BIG/REG figure changes from 1/179.6 at Setting 1 to 1/149.6 at Setting 6. The separate BIG and REG columns above show what contributes to that combined figure. The bonus end display and some small-role rates are additional conditional indicators; none is a substitute for the published probabilities.

Administrator research. Additional play and result interpretation:

Alex Bright has Settings 1, 2, 5 and 6 in the published table. Do not fill in Settings 3 and 4 when comparing results. The combined bonus frequency hides the separate contribution of BIG and REG; keep their counts distinct.

The Alex-background REG end screen can appear at the lower listed settings as well as Setting 6. Its greater researched frequency at Setting 6 is a relative clue. One occurrence, or its absence over a short session, does not establish the machine configuration.

Statistical setting ranges

Japanese Slot Guide calculation. The expected counts and central 95% count ranges below are calculated from the listed setting probabilities with a binomial model. They describe ordinary statistical variation under that probability; they are not confidence percentages for the actual setting.

How to read this: overlapping ranges are expected. A result inside one setting’s range can also be plausible under another setting. Do not use these ranges as a setting confirmation or as a promise of future results.

Setting hints

Setting hints

Administrator research. A REG end screen featuring Alex in the background is reported at 0.8% for Settings 1, 2 and 5 and 5.0% for Setting 6. It indicates a higher relative frequency at Setting 6, but also occurs at the other settings; it does not confirm Setting 6.

How to play

How to play

During ordinary play, begin with the left reel. The red-7 target is one documented starting position. If a wing symbol forms the relevant line, check the right reel for the three-coin role; when grapes are possible, target the matching symbols on the other reels. Audio cues affect which roles can occur, so check the cabinet payout panel and official digital guide for the exact reel illustration.

BIG, its BT phase and REG use distinct instructions from ordinary play. Follow the on-machine prompts for the displayed bonus target and adjustment steps; do not assume that a normal-play reel target applies inside a bonus. After the bonus ends, the machine returns to normal play.

Administrator research. Additional play and result interpretation:

Use the sound together with the reel pattern

The red-7 left-reel start below is only the first step. A wing-line result calls for checking the right reel for the three-coin role; a possible grape requires the relevant follow-up target. The sound restricts the applicable role patterns, so an identical-looking partial stop can need a different interpretation after a different cue.

During BIG, BT and REG, read the phase-specific instruction rather than continuing the normal-play target mechanically. Where an adjustment requires precise aiming, follow the official digital guide and cabinet panel. The published gain assumes the relevant procedure, and a missed collection is not an internal change of setting.

First-party manufacturer information is labelled official. Administrator research identifies the administrator’s review of published information; it does not by itself mean original measurement or manufacturer confirmation.
