Japanese Slot Guide is an independent English-language reference site about Japanese pachislot. Its purpose is to help readers understand Japanese-market machines, pachislot terminology, beginner guidance, and historical context.

How we handle machine data

Machine specifications, numerical data, and explanatory information are researched and checked by the site administrator. When official manufacturer information or another official first-party announcement is available, that official information is given priority.

We distinguish official statements, independently checked facts, and our own calculations or observations. The absence of an official source does not make information original research. Material obtained from another publisher must not be relabelled as our own research. Public reference lists prioritize official first-party and public-authority sources; this preference never overrides attribution, permission, or quotation requirements. If the basis for a claim cannot be established, it should be marked unverified or omitted.

Machine page retention

A machine page may remain available after its normal installation period has ended or when current hall installation can no longer be confirmed. Retaining a reference page does not by itself state that the machine is currently installed or make a legal-status claim. Installation lifecycle and hall availability are managed separately from fixed machine specifications.

Individual machine pages include a last-verified or data-checked date for the underlying research. Confirmed specifications do not become incorrect merely because time has passed.
