Japanese Slot Guide respects copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and other legal rights. Product names, logos, images, character names, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

How to submit a rights request

Send requests to info@japanese-slot-guide.com. To help us review the issue efficiently, include:

1. Your name and a reliable way to contact you.
2. The URL of the Japanese Slot Guide page involved.
3. A clear identification of the material at issue.
4. The right you believe is affected and, where relevant, the original work, registration, official source, or other evidence supporting your claim.
5. What action you are requesting, such as correction, attribution review, removal, replacement, or another remedy.
6. A statement that the information you have provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act for the rights holder, where applicable.

Review process

We will review credible requests in good faith. Depending on the issue, we may temporarily remove or modify material while reviewing it, ask for additional evidence, correct attribution, replace an image or excerpt, or decline a request when the evidence does not support the claimed right. Fraudulent, abusive, or knowingly false notices may be rejected.

Factual corrections are separate

If your concern is that a machine specification, probability, date, or other factual statement is wrong rather than that a legal right is infringed, please submit it as a correction through the Contact page and include an official source where available.

No claim of affiliation

Japanese Slot Guide is an independent reference site. Mentioning a manufacturer, machine, trademark, character, or other property does not by itself mean that the site is affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the rights holder.

Scope of our copyright notice

The site’s copyright notice covers its original protected expression only. It does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, product or character names, images, bare facts, or numerical specifications. Attribution does not itself establish permission or satisfy all requirements for lawful quotation. A link to an official source does not grant a licence to reproduce it.

Translations and other third-party material

Permission, a licence, or an applicable legal exception must cover the intended use, including translation or adaptation where relevant. Where third-party material is used, required attribution belongs with that material. This general notice is not a substitute for item-specific credits.

Do not include unnecessary identity documents or sensitive information in a notice. A copyright registration number is not required to report a concern. Personal information supplied with a request is handled under the Privacy Policy.
